Your space to move, breathe and feel good — wherever you may be.

As a busy mum of three, I know life doesn’t always run to plan. Some days we make it into the studio… and some days we absolutely don’t. That’s why I created our online studio — so you can move, reset and prioritise you, no matter what your day looks like.

Our online space is for everyone — beginners, intermediate and advanced movers. It’s ideal if you want to add something extra to your routine, whether that’s strength, mobility, flexibility or simply a moment of calm. Perfect if you want a little extra support for your running, tennis, golf, cycling or strength training — or just to feel stronger in everyday life.

Inside, you’ll find Pilates, Barre, Yoga, Strength training and short, effective “exercise snacks” you can fit in anytime — morning, evening or whenever you have a moment.

Our mission is simple: to connect people through movement and wellness, and to build a community that feels like home — both in-studio and online.

About Us:

Move Studios is our online platform designed to keep you moving anytime, anywhere.

We know all too well how busy life can be — that’s exactly why we created Move Studios. While we’d love to see you in the studio, we understand that isn’t always possible, and that shouldn’t mean you stop moving.

Inside the platform, you’ll find a wide range of on-demand classes including Mat Pilates, Pilates x Strength, Yoga, Barre, Strength Training, Breathwork, and Meditation. Classes range from 20 to 45 minutes, with quick exercise snacks available when time is tight.

We’ll also be hosting online events and workshops, and we can’t wait for you to join us as the platform continues to grow.
